Anyone who has the legally required qualifications and approvals for providing specific outdoor activities under the respective local laws can offer his activities on GoThrills.

GoThrills is a powerful marketing tool for activity providers to increase their presence on the Internet and optimize their capacity. Registration is free of charge.

 

Registration and creation of a profile on GoThrills is free of charge. We work with a commission model on bookings.

 

To sign up to GoThrills, it’s a very easy process. Just send us a message with your company details to support@gothrills.com, or simply use our contact form by clicking the “contact us here” button below, then we will contact you personally and afterwards we’ll walk you through the whole profile creation process.

Managing my profile

If you forgot your password please click on “Provider login” and then on the “Forgot your password?” button. Enter the email address you use for GoThrills and you will receive an email with a link to a page where you can set your new password.

 

 

To change the email address you use for GoThrills, simply send us a message with your name, your new email address and the email address you don’t want to use anymore to support@gothrills.com or simply use our contact form Click here to send us a contact form.

In order to ensure a fast handling of payments, it is crucial that you complete the section “Billing details” immediately (incl. ID upload). In order to be able to transfer money to you, we urgently need your bank account details (and a copy of your identity card). You can easily do both in your GoThrills profile.

Once you sign up as a provider by clicking the “Join as a provider button” in the footer, you’ll be taken to your own Provider Dashboard where you can edit the product details as well as everything else. Managing my offers

You can easily create, view and manage your offers in your GoThrills dashboard. You can also specify, for example, whether your offer is intended for customers with a certain level of experience, whether there is a minimum number of participants, in which region the offer is valid and much more. You should also upload an appealing picture for each offer and update the availability in your calendar.

It is highly advisable, an updated calendar will have a positive impact on the customer experience. It will also help to minimize declines of booking requests and thereby make customers happy.

We are constantly working on expanding the number of destination offered. If your destination is not yet listed, please send us a message to support@gothrills.com. Please note that currently your small destination might be linked together with a bigger one. In this case you can simply select the bigger destination when creating your offers.

Handling my booking requests

If you receive a booking request, please accept it immediately but latest within 24 hours. If you cannot keep the requested details, make sure to offer the customer a concrete alternative via our messaging center. You can accept a booking request by logging in to your GoThrills account and navigating to “New requests”.

 

You should respond to requests as soon as possible but latest within 24 hours. After that time GoThrills reserves the right to cancel the booking request or allocate it to another provider.

 

After 24 hours GoThrills reserves the right to cancel the booking request or allocate it to another provider. Not responding will have a negative impact on your GoThrills ranking. To avoid this therefore, make sure to respond within 24 hours.

 

Please make sure you have communicated all the necessary details to the customer (meeting point, your contact information etc.). After the successful completion of your activity motivate your customers to leave a positive recommendation via GoThrills. The more recommendations you receive, the more attractive your GoThrills profile and offers become to new customers.

Cancellations

Providers may only cancel an accepted booking in exceptional cases. If you have to cancel, please contact us at support@gothrills.com.

You can select from the following three customer cancellation policies for each of your offers: 

  • Flexible: Full customer refund up to 24 hours before activity start.
  • Standard: Full refund up to 31 days prior to the start of the activity, 80% refund between 30 and 8 days prior to the start of the activity and 50% refund between 7 days and 24 hours prior to the start of the activity.
  • Strict: 90% customer refund up to 31 days before activity start and 50% refund from day 30 up to 8 days before activity start.

If the customer cancels a confirmed booking, our refund policies apply. If you are entitled to a cancellation fee we will make the respective transfer to your bank account and you will be informed via email.

 

Payments & Invoices

Payments are transferred to your bank account. Please make sure you have completed your bank account details in your GoThrills account. Otherwise we will not be able to transfer money to you.

 

Booked activities are collected 1-2 times a month and the respective amount is transferred to your bank account.

Yes, you will receive an invoice via email automatically up to two times a month if the activity has taken place successfully.
